Bubba and the Big Bad Blues, Ltd. ("Bubba") believes that you
should control the dissemination of the personally identifiable information
that you provide when using the BubbaBlues.com web site ("the
Site"). Please review this policy carefully to understand how we will
treat the personally identifiable information that you give to us.
Your use of this Site in any fashion constitutes your agreement to the terms
of Bubba's Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use

we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Your

What personally identifiable information is collected on this Site?
You do not have to provide any personally identifiable information to use the
Site. However, when you use the Site to subscribe to our publications, to
enter contests, or to post messages on the Site, Bubba collects personally
identifiable information as indicated in each such area of the Site,
including your name, address, email address, zip code, phone number, and
gender. Bubba may also collect data related to the areas of Bubba that you
visit and how often you visit those areas.
Bubba will make an effort to include a link to the Privacy Policy whenever we
ask you for additional personally identifiable information.
How is my personally identifiable information used?
We use the personally identifiable information on our subscription form to
ensure proper delivery of Bubba and the Big Bad Blues, and your e-mail or
mail-in contact information in connection with our contests, sweepstakes and
other promotions in order to ensure the validity of your entries, to notify
you if you are a winner, to send information about Bubba and the Big Bad
Blues, other Bubba publications and other Site features prizes and offers via
email (unless you have opted out of receiving these types of communications),
to send you advertising from selected Bubba partners and advertisers (unless
you have opted out of receiving these types of communications) and to ensure
that we comply with applicable laws.
We may also aggregate the information we collect to develop certain summary
reports for our partners and/or advertisers. We provide this information to
assist our partners and/or advertisers in determining how to promote their

Only Bubba has ongoing access to your personally identifiable information.

the Internet can be guaranteed secure. While we takes steps to protect your
personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of any
information you transmit to us or from the Site, and you use the Site at your
own risk.
What personally identifiable information is disclosed to third parties?
Bubba may share the following personally identifiable information with its
advertisers, sponsors, and partners in the following circumstances:
Information you provide when entering into a contest, sweepstakes or
promotion sponsored by the Site and/or one of our
advertisers/partners/sponsors.
Information you provide when you register to receive goods or services from
Bubba or from one of our advertisers/partners/sponsors.
Data related to the areas of the Site that you visit and how often you visit
those areas.
Bubba does not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third
party except in special situations described above, and as to comply with the
law or administer the Site. Other than as described above, Bubba will only
share with third party partners, sponsors, and advertisers the information
you have provided to us in aggregate form — that is, as a summary report showing,
for instance, how many residents of a specific state subscribed to our
publication or participated in a contest.
Responses to Particular Offers. Unless you have opted out of receiving
special offers or emails from selected third parties, we may provide a report
to an advertiser or partner which tells them who responded to a particular
offer. For example, we might send you an email which offers you a discount on
a particular product. If you click on that e-mail or accept an offer or
discount contained therein, we may provide the advertiser with the personally
identifiable information necessary to provide you with that discount.
Administering the Site and Compliance with Law: Bubba may disclose your
personally identifiable information if we believe in good faith that we are
required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or
other legal process. Bubba may also disclose information when we have reason

or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use,
or to protect the safety of our users or the public. In addition, Bubba may
disclose or access personally identifiable information for administrative and
other purposes that we believe are necessary to develop, maintain and improve
our products and services.
How do I opt out of or modify the collection, disclosure and distribution of
personally identifiable information?
You can always choose whether or not to disclose personally identifiable
information and that choice will not prevent you from using the Site. Please
note, however, that you must provide some personally identifiable information
in order to subscribe to Bubba and the Big Bad Blues, to enter any of the
Site contests, promotions or sweepstakes, to join the Official Bubba and the
Big Bad Blues Fan Club, to post messages on the Site, or to receive our
retailer promo pack
You can choose at anytime to opt out of receiving emails from Bubba or from
having your personally identifiable information shared in any fashion with
selected companies. If you wish to do so send an email to
info@bubbablues.com. If you send us a message with the phrase
"remove" in the subject line we will not disclose your personally
identifiable information or send you emails or other offers or promotions.
However, Bubba may continue to use your personally identifiable information
for internal purposes, to conduct contests, sweepstakes and promotions, to
enhance your user experience or as necessary to administer the Site or comply
with applicable law.
What happens when I go to linked sites?
When you are on Bubba, you may be directed to other sites that are beyond our
control. For example, if you "click" on a sponsor’s logo, the
"click" may take you off the Bubba Site. These other sites may
independently collect data, solicit personally identifiable information, or
send their own cookies to you. Bubba is not responsible for any use of the
information including click-stream data that you may create when using such
3rd party sites.
What is Bubba's policy regarding children's privacy?
Bubba is committed to the safety of our children. Children under 13 may not
register or participate in any contest, sweepstakes or promotion on the
Site.. The Site is neither directed to nor intended for children under 13.
Any child under 13 who chooses to use the Site should always ask a parent for
permission before sending any information to the Site. In addition:
Bubba will not request or knowingly collect from a child any information
online that can be traced to the child, such as an email address, name or
information about the child's family;
Bubba will not knowingly use personal information from children under age 13
for any marketing or promotional purposes; and,
Bubba will not send any direct email offers to users who indicate they are
under the age of 13.
How are cookies used by Bubba?
Bubba assigns a random number to each user for anonymously tracking traffic
patterns. This random number is kept in a file on your computer called a
"cookie." Cookies allow Bubba to keep track of how often users are
visiting specific areas of our Site - or simply how many times a user visits
our Site each month.
Bubba does not require users to accept cookies in order to enjoy the Site. You
can set your browser to reject cookies, or to notify you when Bubba or any
other company sends you a cookie. If you have questions about how to change

manufacturer. You should be aware, however, that many areas of Bubba will be
